RideWave — Privacy Policy

RideWave ("RideWave", "the app", "we", "us") is a group motorcycle-riding app that lets riders see each other on a live map, talk over voice while they ride, share music, and reach help in an emergency. This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and who it is shared with. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention and deletion

Account, ride, friend and ride-history data is kept while your account exists. Live location and voice are not retained after a ride ends. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing filipv65@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep something to comply with the law.

5. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and backend access is protected by authentication and row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Children

RideWave is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
